- To book an appointment with me I require a CC on file
- I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling. Call me at 704-981-0221 anytime and leave a message, text or email email@example.com.
- Cancel/reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: no problem, no charge.
- Cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: 50% of the full session rate.
- Cancel/reschedule your appointment within 4 hours: Full charge. You can send someone in your place.
- No show, no notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, I will charge your card on file for the session.
- If a true emergency presents itself that conflicts with your appointment, I ask that you notify me immediately. You can email, text or call and leave a voice message during normal business hours, but it is your responsibility to ensure you have received a reply from me to confirm cancellation BEFORE your missed appointment time.
- Any Gift Cards purchased are to be used and will expire within one year of purchase. You can use it for yourself or as a gift for someone, just have them let me know who purchased the GC. Any Gift Card that has expired you may use half of the purchase amount towards any service.
